Job Opening: Head of Americas and Asia Service at OFPPT
The Office of Vocational Training and Employment Promotion (OFPPT) is seeking a highly qualified candidate to fill the position of Head of the Americas and Asia Service. This role is pivotal in driving OFPPT's international cooperation strategy with countries in the Americas and Asia, fostering partnerships, and expanding vocational training opportunities globally.
Key Responsibilities
The Head of the Americas and Asia Service will be responsible for:
- Implementing OFPPT's operational strategy for cooperation with American and Asian countries.
- Executing territorial marketing actions related to cooperation challenges in these regions.
- Developing and monitoring cooperation agreements within signed accords.
- Participating in tenders for human resource development and vocational training services.
- Representing OFPPT at international forums, congresses, and events.
- Mobilizing internal and external resources for project implementation and evaluation.
- Organizing study and observation stays for OFPPT staff and trainers in partner countries.
- Designing and maintaining a dashboard to track commitments of OFPPT and its partners.
Required Profile
For external candidates and OFPPT agents:
- Master's degree or equivalent in management, marketing, commerce, international law, or related field (degree granting access to scale 11 of the civil service).
- At least 4 years of professional experience in international partnership management or similar.
- Proficiency in English and French.
- Age under 45 years at the date of service entry.
- Moroccan nationality.
For internal OFPPT agents:
- Permanent agent classified at scale 19 or, by exception, scale 16 with at least 4 years of effective service in category C.
- Proficiency in English and French.
