Job Overview

The Office of Vocational Training and Employment Promotion (OFPPT) announces an internal recruitment competition for 3 positions of Training Facilitator (Reference: RH 29/2026). This role is crucial for enhancing the pedagogical skills of OFPPT trainers and contributing to the organization's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

The Training Facilitator will design and deliver training programs for OFPPT trainers, focusing on innovative pedagogical methods. Main tasks include:

• Conducting training engineering tasks related to the sector.
• Developing training guides and pedagogical materials.
• Assisting training establishments in implementing training programs.
• Supporting establishments in equipment and material procurement.
• Delivering training and professional development sessions for trainers.
• Providing technical and pedagogical support to new recruits and reassigned staff.
• Creating competency assessment tools and conducting evaluations.
• Leading projects in organization, training, and human resources.

Required Profile

Candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Be a permanent employee of OFPPT.
• Hold a Master's degree or equivalent in Education Sciences, French Studies, Psychology, Linguistics, Information Sciences, or Communication (a degree that grants access to grade 11 of the civil service).
• Have at least 3 years of cumulative professional experience in pedagogical activities.
• Possess strong command of pedagogical approaches and methods.
• Be fluent in French; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Experience with innovative pedagogies is an asset.
• Mastery of facilitation techniques, instructional design, and soft skills.
