Nador West Med (NWM) is strengthening its human capital and announces a recruitment competition for a Procurement Officer (Cadre Chargé des Achats) based in Nador. Selection will be through oral interviews.

Position and Requirements

• Number of positions: 1
• Education level: Bac+5 (Engineering, Business, or Management schools or equivalent)
• Specialties: Procurement, logistics, management, organizational or project management, or equivalent
• Experience: Experience in procurement and general affairs will be considered
• Age: Under 35 years old

Required Skills

Strong management skills with a good understanding of organizational and budgetary processes. Mastery of procurement procedures and public market rules. Good knowledge of contract management (drafting, monitoring, execution). Excellent negotiation skills. Ability to assess supplier risks. Proficiency in office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP if applicable. Very good command of Arabic and French (English is a plus). Excellent writing and synthesis skills. Ability to design monitoring and evaluation tools. Personal qualities: rigor, organization, practicality, teamwork, interpersonal skills, adaptability, reactivity, availability.
