Morocco Interior Ministry Hiring 30 Territorial Administration Inspectors

Competition Details

The Ministry of the Interior is organizing a recruitment competition for 30 positions of Territorial Administration Inspector (grade 11) on Saturday, June 27, 2026, at the National School of Administration in Rabat and possibly other centers. Required specialty: Architecture. Other eligible specialties include: Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering and Information Systems, Water Engineering, Rural Engineering, Topography, Statistics and Applied Economics, Audit and Management Control, Financial and Accounting Management, and Urban Planning.

Eligibility Conditions

The competition is open to two categories:

• Category 1: Non-civil servant candidates: aged under 35 on the competition date, holding a degree in Architecture or a State Engineering degree in one of the listed specialties.
• Category 2: Civil servants: aged under 40, belonging to a cadre classified at grade 11 (or equivalent), holding at least a Bachelor's degree or an Engineering degree. (They represent a quarter of the positions).

25% of positions are reserved for resistance members, wards of the nation, and former military personnel, and 7% for persons with disabilities (holders of the disabled person card).

Exams

The competition includes written and oral exams:

Written Exams:

• First exam (coefficient 4, 4 hours): in French, analysis of a general topic dealing with a national or international issue.
• Second exam (coefficient 4, 3 hours): in Arabic, either a synthesis memo from a dossier, a case study, or both (2 hours each).

Written exams may be replaced by a multiple-choice questionnaire (QCM) lasting 3 hours with coefficient 4.

Oral Exam (coefficient 3, 1 hour):

Discussion with the jury on general or specific topics.

Success Conditions

Minimum score of 8/20 for each written exam (eliminatory) and an overall average of at least 12/20 to qualify for the oral exam. For the oral exam, the eliminatory score is 10/20.

How to Apply

Applications are submitted in two steps:

1. Fill out the form attached to the announcement (print, complete by hand, and sign).
2. Register on the public employment portal depot.emploi-public.ma from May 8 to May 22, 2026 (deadline: May 22, 2026, at 4:30 PM). Attach digital copies of the form, diploma, national ID card, and CV.

Additional Documents

• Foreign or private degrees: attach the equivalence decision published in the Official Gazette.
• Civil servants: submit an application with the final approval of their administration (HR department).
• Resistance members, wards of the nation, former military: submit through the relevant administrations.
• Persons with disabilities: provide a certificate from the Ministry of Solidarity and Social Integration.

Results Announcement

Lists of eligible candidates and results will be published on the public employment portal, serving as a call to exams. In case of non-compliance with conditions, the successful candidate will be replaced by a candidate on the waiting list.
