Recruitment Competition for General Practitioners in Marrakech-Safi

The Ministry of Health and Social Protection, through the Regional Directorate of Marrakech-Safi, announces a recruitment competition for 10 general practitioners of the first grade (scale 11) at the Delegation of Health and Social Protection in El Rahamna Province. This initiative aims to strengthen healthcare services in rural and urban areas.

Position Distribution

The 10 positions are allocated as follows:

• Rural health center level 2 with proximity emergency services in Bouchan: 1 position
• Rural health center level 1: 1 position
• Urban health center level 2 with proximity emergency services in Sidi Bou Othmane: 1 position
• Remaining positions in other health centers across the province

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must meet the following conditions:

• Moroccan nationality
• Aged between 18 and 45 as of January 1, 2026
• Hold a Doctorate in General Medicine or a recognized equivalent diploma

25% of positions are reserved for resistance fighters, former military personnel, former combatants, or wards of the nation, and 1% for persons with disabilities.

Application Process

Applications must be submitted in two steps:

1. Register on the Ministry of Health's online application portal (drh.sante.gov.ma) before July 23, 2026
2. Upload the application file on the same platform before July 23, 2026, at 4:30 PM

Required Documents

• Copy of the original Doctorate in General Medicine or the equivalence decision
• Copy of the national ID card
• Certificate of registration in the list of persons with disabilities (if applicable)
• Certificate proving status as a resistance fighter, ward of the nation, former military, or former combatant (if applicable)
• Authorization to take the competition for civil servants

Examination

The competition consists of a written test with direct or multiple-choice questions related to the medical specialty. Scores range from 0 to 20; any score below 5 is disqualifying. Candidates with a score of at least 10 out of 20 are ranked by merit.

Salary and Benefits

The monthly salary for this grade ranges from 8200 to 9400 MAD, plus health sector allowances.
