Morocco Energy Transition Ministry Opens Call for Division Heads

The Ministry of Energy Transition and Sustainable Development - Department of Sustainable Development has announced a call for applications for two division head positions within its central administration. This recruitment aims to select qualified professionals capable of leading and enhancing the performance of the ministry's divisions.

Eligibility Requirements

Candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Be a permanent civil servant in the Sustainable Development sector.
• Hold at least the grade of Principal Inspector 2nd grade, State Engineer, or equivalent.
• Possess a diploma allowing access to the grade of Principal Inspector 3rd grade.
• Have at least 4 years of actual service as a permanent employee.
• Have previously served as a head of service.

Current division heads are also eligible to apply.

The application file must include:

• A signed application letter endorsed by the immediate supervisor.
• The official application form (available on the ministry website or the public employment portal).
• A curriculum vitae in French with a recent photo.
• A work plan outlining the methodology for managing and developing the division.
• The direct supervisor's assessment of the candidate's skills and management ability.

Applications must be submitted exclusively via the public employment portal: depot.emploi-public.ma, no later than 4:00 PM on June 19, 2026. Incomplete applications or those sent through other channels will not be considered.

Selection Process

After reviewing applications, the list of candidates selected for interviews will be published on the public employment portal and the ministry's website, as well as posted at the ministry's headquarters. This publication serves as an official invitation to the interview.
