Morocco Agriculture Ministry opens 4 head of service positions

Job Announcement: 4 Head of Service Positions at the Ministry of Agriculture

The Ministry of Agriculture, Maritime Fisheries, Rural Development, and Water and Forests - Department of Agriculture - has announced a call for applications to fill four head of service positions within the Directorate of Administrative and Legal Affairs. These positions are:

• Head of the Legal Affairs Service
• Head of the Legal Reform of Agricultural Land Systems Service
• Head of the Other Disputes Service
• Head of the Buildings and Maintenance Service

This initiative aims to strengthen the ministry's administrative structures and ensure efficient operations. It is governed by Decree No. 2.11.681 on the appointment of division and service heads, and Circular No. 1 of February 5, 2019, from the Head of Government.

Eligibility Criteria

The call is open to permanent civil servants and contract agents working at the Ministry of Agriculture - Department of Agriculture - who meet the following conditions:

• Hold the grade of Inspector of the 2nd grade or State Engineer or equivalent grade.
• Hold at least a degree or diploma allowing access to the grade of Inspector of the 3rd grade or equivalent.
• Have at least 2 years of service as a permanent employee or 3 years for contract agents.

Exceptionally, applications are also accepted from permanent civil servants and contract agents classified in the grade of Inspector of the 3rd grade or equivalent, provided they have at least 15 years of actual service in public administrations, including at least 4 years in the aforementioned grade.
