The Ministry of Justice of the Kingdom of Morocco has announced a competitive examination for the recruitment of 10 first-grade state engineers specialized in cybersecurity or information security. Competition Details and Available Positions

This competition is open to candidates holding a state engineer diploma or certificate in cybersecurity or information security and related fields. Recruitment will take place at the Rabat center or other centers if necessary, with 25% of positions reserved for individuals with the status of resistance fighter, nation's ward, former military personnel, or former combatant, and 7% for persons with disabilities.

Application Requirements and Necessary Documents

Candidates must meet the following conditions:

  • Fulfill the requirements specified in Chapter 21 of the General Statute of Public Service
  • Hold the required diploma or certificate in the specified specialty
  • Be between 18 and 45 years old as of January 1st of the current year

Candidates must register through the dedicated application on the Human Resources Directorate website and submit their application file electronically, including:

  • Copy of national identity card
  • Copy of state engineer diploma or certificate in the required specialty
  • Certificates attesting to status as resistance fighter, nation's ward, former military personnel, or former combatant if applicable
  • Disability certificate for persons with disabilities

Competition Stages and Examinations

The competition consists of two written tests and an oral examination:

  • First written test: related to the required specialty or specialties (4 hours)
  • Second written test: related to the tasks or functions to be performed (4 hours)
  • Oral examination: interview with the candidate lasting at least 15 minutes

The list of candidates admitted to take the written tests will be published on the Human Resources Directorate's electronic website at least 15 days before the examination date.

Important Information for Candidates

The application deadline for the competition is Friday, April 24, 2026 at 4:30 PM. The written examinations will take place on Sunday, May 24, 2026. Candidates who pass the written tests must present originals or certified copies of all required documents on the day of the oral examination.
