Recruitment Competition for 6 Third-Grade Technicians – Ministry of Interior

The Ministry of Interior announces a recruitment competition for six (6) third-grade technicians, specialty Preparation and Control of Medicines, to be held on Sunday, June 21, 2026, at the Faculty of Legal, Economic and Social Sciences – Souissi in Rabat, and possibly other centers.

Eligibility Requirements

Candidates must be Moroccan nationals, aged between 18 and 40, and hold:

• A specialized technician diploma in the required specialty, issued by a vocational training institution established under decree No. 2.86.325, or an equivalent recognized diploma;
• At least two years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical field.

Examination Process

The competition consists of two tests:

• Written test (coefficient 4): 3 hours, covering tasks related to the position, the Ministry’s functions, or the required specialty.
• Oral or practical test (coefficient 3): 15 to 30 minutes, involving a discussion or a practical exercise in the specialty.

Candidates must score at least 12 out of 20 in the written test to qualify for the oral test.

Registration is mandatory via the public employment portal: https://depot.emploi-public.ma, from May 20 to June 3, 2026, at 4:30 PM.

Required documents:

• Copy of the required diploma;
• Copy of the national identity card;
• Curriculum vitae;
• Copies of certificates proving professional experience (at least 2 years in pharmacy).

Important Notes

• For foreign or private diplomas, attach the equivalence decision published in the Official Gazette.
• Civil servants must attach the final approval of their administration.
• 25% of positions are reserved for resistance fighters, former soldiers, etc., and 7% for persons with disabilities, subject to specific procedures.

Lists of admitted candidates and final results will be published on the same portal. If a candidate is found not to meet the conditions after the results are announced, they will be replaced by the next candidate on the waiting list.
