Ministry of Interior Recruits 12 Biomedical Maintenance Technicians

Recruitment Competition for 12 Technicians (3rd Grade, Scale 9) – Specialty: Biomedical Maintenance

The Ministry of Interior announces a recruitment competition for twelve (12) technicians (3rd grade), specialty: Biomedical Maintenance. This competition aims to select qualified professionals to strengthen the Ministry's technical services, particularly in hospitals and biomedical engineering units.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Moroccan nationality.
• Age between 18 and 40 years (maximum).
• Hold a specialized technician diploma in biomedical maintenance, issued by a vocational training institution established under Decree No. 2.86.325, or an equivalent recognized diploma.
• Have at least two years of professional experience in a biomedical engineering service or a hospital technical service.

Examinations

The competition consists of two tests:

1. Written test (coefficient 4): Essay or multiple-choice questions (QCM) on job-related tasks, the Ministry of Interior's remit, or the required specialty. Duration: 3 hours.
2. Oral and/or practical test (coefficient 3): Interview with the jury on various topics, or a practical test in the specialty, to assess the candidate's ability to perform the duties. Duration: 15 to 30 minutes.

Candidates must score at least 12/20 on the written test to be eligible for the oral test.

Application Procedure

Registration is exclusively online via the public employment portal: https://depot.emploi-public.ma, from May 20 to June 3, 2026, at 4:30 PM.

• Copy of the required diploma.
• Copy of the national identity card.
• Curriculum vitae.
• Copies of certificates proving professional experience.

Important Notes

• For foreign or private diplomas, attach the equivalence decision published in the Official Gazette.
• Civil servants must attach the approval of their administration (human resources department).
• Resistance fighters, former combatants, etc., must submit their applications through the relevant administration in addition to online registration.
• Persons with disabilities must attach a certificate from the Ministry of Solidarity and Social Integration.

A quota of 25% of positions is reserved for resistance fighters and former combatants, and 7% for persons with disabilities holding a "disabled person" card.

Competition Date

The competition will be held on Sunday, June 21, 2026 at the Faculty of Legal, Economic and Social Sciences – Souissi, Rabat, and possibly at other centers.

Results Publication

Lists of eligible candidates, written test results, and final results will be published on the portal www.emploi-public.ma. This publication serves as an official summons.

If a successful candidate is found not to meet the conditions, they will be replaced by a candidate from the waiting list.
