Vacant Positions and Relevant Services

The positions available are for heading the following services:

• Budget and Accounting Service within the Budget and Human Resources Division.
• Works, Equipment, and Infrastructure Service within the Equipment Division.
• Program Monitoring and Implementation Service within the Social Action Division.
• Planning and Equipment Service within the Territorial Communities Division.
• Urban Planning and Architecture Service within the Environment and Urban Planning Division.

Eligibility Criteria and Required Qualifications

Candidates must meet one of the following conditions:

• Be classified at least at the grade of Principal Inspector (or equivalent) or Engineer cadre, with a degree or diploma allowing access to the grade of Inspector. Have at least 2 years of actual service as a permanent employee or 3 years as a contract agent.
• Be currently performing the duties of a head of service at the date of the vacancy announcement.
• Be classified at the grade of Inspector (or equivalent) with a seniority of at least 15 years of actual service, including at least 4 years in the mentioned grade.

How to Apply and Required Documents

The application file consists of the following documents:

• An application letter with a recent passport photo, accompanied by the approval of the direct supervisor and his opinion on the candidate's competence.
• An application file to be downloaded from the public services portal www.emploi-public.ma, including a detailed CV and a description of the professional career and previous tasks.
• A work program and methodology proposed for managing and developing the relevant administrative unit and improving its performance.
• The decision of appointment in the current framework, and the decision of appointment to a responsibility position if applicable.

Applications must be sent through the administrative hierarchy to the Governor of Ouezzane Province before June 3, 2026, at 4:30 PM.
