Ministry of Interior – Marrakech-Safi Wilaya seeks Head of Division

Job Announcement Details

The Wilaya of Marrakech-Safi region, under the Ministry of Interior, is accepting applications for the position of Head of the Studies, Monitoring and Modernization Division within the General Secretariat for Regional Affairs. This role is part of the administrative reform strategy to enhance efficiency and expertise.

Eligibility Requirements

Candidates must meet the following conditions:

• Be permanent or contractual employees of the Ministry of Interior under the general budget.
• Be classified at least as a State Engineer or equivalent grade, or as an Administrator of 2nd grade or equivalent.
• Hold a degree or diploma allowing access to the required grade.
• Have at least 4 years of service for permanent staff and 5 years for contractual staff.
• Have previously served as Head of Service (exemption possible).

Job Responsibilities

The Division Head will oversee studies, monitoring, and modernization activities, develop work programs, evaluate performance, and improve administrative procedures in line with decentralization policies.

Application Process

The application file must include:

• A cover letter with a recent photo and approval from the direct supervisor.
• A detailed CV and a work plan outlining methodology for developing the administrative unit.
• Copy of the diploma and appointment decision in the current cadre.
• Any documents proving previous managerial experience.

Applications must be submitted through administrative channels to the Wali of Marrakech-Safi region (Human Resources Division) before May 22, 2026, at 4:30 PM.
