The Midelt Commune is organizing a recruitment competition for a first-grade medical doctor position, scale 11, specializing in general medicine. This professional opportunity is part of the commune's efforts to strengthen local healthcare services and develop medical infrastructure in the region.
The competition aims to recruit one first-grade medical doctor with the following requirements: Moroccan nationality, age between 18 and 45 years as of January 1st of the current year. Candidates must hold a doctorate in general medicine or any recognized equivalent diploma according to the provisions of Decree No. 2.12.90 dated April 30, 2012.
Current public administration employees or those working for other territorial communities must provide explicit authorization from their administration to participate in the competition. Failure to do so will result in rejection of their application and removal from the list of successful candidates if their employment status is discovered later.

Candidates with resistance fighter status must submit their files through the High Commission of Former Resistance Fighters and Members of the Liberation Army, accompanied by a certificate attesting to this status. Candidates with status as dependents of the nation, former military personnel, or former combatants must submit their files through the Hassan II Foundation for Social Works of Former Military Personnel and Former Combatants, with a supporting certificate.
A quota of 5% of positions is reserved for persons with resistance fighter status, dependents of the nation, or former military personnel, and 7% for persons with disabilities holding a disabled person card issued in accordance with the provisions of Article 8 of Decree No. 2.97.832 of 18 Sha'ban 1418 corresponding to September 19, 1997.
Persons with disabilities must attach to their file a certificate of registration on disability lists issued by the Ministry of Solidarity, Social Development, Equality and Family.
The application file must be deposited in a large envelope bearing the candidate's full name and the position concerned, directly at the registry office of the Midelt Commune, during public administration working hours. The deadline for submitting applications is April 22, 2026 at 4:30 PM.
The competition tests will take place on May 17, 2026 at 9:00 AM at the center or centers to be announced later when publishing the list of candidates admitted to take the competition.
This competition is organized in accordance with several legal and regulatory texts, including Dahir No. 1.58.008 of 4 Sha'ban 1377 (February 24, 1958) establishing the general statute of the civil service, Organic Law No. 113.14 relating to communes, and Decree No. 2.99.651 on the special interministerial statute of doctors, pharmacists and dental surgeons.
The competition also relies on Decree No. 2.11.621 of 28 Dhu al-Hijjah 1432 (November 25, 2011) establishing the conditions and procedures for organizing recruitment competitions for public positions, and the decision of the Minister of the Interior No. 1168.24 of 27 Shawwal 1445 (May 6, 2024) determining the conditions, procedures and programs of recruitment competitions for public positions in territorial communities.
