Eligibility Requirements

- Maximum age of 45 years at the time of recruitment.
- Hold a Master's degree (Bac+5) in Marketing, Communication, Commerce, Project Management, Event Management, Political Science, or International Relations.
- Proficiency in Arabic, French, and English.
Main Responsibilities
The Marketing Project Manager will oversee the management, monitoring, and delivery of assigned projects. Key activities include:
- Scoping and Planning: Needs analysis, drafting specifications, operational planning.
- Steering and Monitoring: Team coordination, progress tracking using KPIs, risk management.
- Communication and Closure: Regular reporting, handover supervision, final report writing.
Required Skills
- Technical: Project management methodologies (Asana, Jira), financial management, understanding of technical issues.
- Behavioral: Leadership, communication, problem-solving, rigor, and agility.
Competition Process
The selection process consists of two tests:
- Written test: Case study or memo (3 hours, in French). Minimum score of 12/20 to qualify for the oral.
- Oral test: Presentation of background and skills interview (30 minutes, in French).
Final score = 40% written + 60% oral.
