Recruitment Competition for Marketing Officer at the Moroccan Pension Fund

The Moroccan Pension Fund (Caisse Marocaine des Retraites - CMR) announces a recruitment competition for the position of Marketing Officer (Chargé(e) Marketing). This regular recruitment aims to select one highly qualified candidate to join the marketing team and contribute to the implementation of the institution's customer-oriented strategy.

Eligibility Criteria

• Moroccan nationality.
• Maximum age of 45 years at the date of publication of the decision.
• Bac+5 degree from a recognized business or engineering school (ISCAE, ENCG) with a specialization in Marketing (Strategic, Digital) or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in a similar or equivalent position.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the development and implementation of the marketing strategy focused on customer, performance, and service quality.
• Design, deploy, and manage marketing and communication action plans, especially digital and multichannel.
• Leverage customer data to guide marketing actions and evaluate their effectiveness.
• Implement and optimize digital marketing actions (SEO/SEA, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance through dashboards and relevant KPIs.
• Contribute to the production of communication materials for customers.
• Conduct marketing, digital, and competitive intelligence to anticipate trends and opportunities.
• Contribute to cross-functional projects related to digital transformation and customer experience improvement.

Selection Process

The list of candidates selected for the test will be published on www.cmr.gov.ma and www.emploi-public.ma. The test will be held at CMR headquarters: Avenue El Arar, Hay Ryad, Rabat. Evaluation interviews will be conducted for candidates scoring at least 12/20. The final ranking will be based on merit.
