The Agency for the Development of the Marchica Lagoon Site (AASLM) is calling for applications for the position of Head of the Urban Development Department. This recruitment is part of strengthening its competencies and meeting its key resource needs.

About the Agency

AASLM is a public institution responsible for planning, development, urban development, and sustainable valorization of the Marchica Lagoon Site. Established by Law No. 25-10 of July 16, 2010, it aims to transform the area into a model tourist, economic, and environmental hub.

Eligibility Criteria

The call is open to active executives of AASLM and its subsidiaries, whether statutory, seconded, or contractual, as well as to agents of public, semi-public, or private administrations. Each candidate may apply for only one position.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation and implementation of urban development plans.
• Coordinate projects with stakeholders.
• Ensure design quality and compliance with environmental standards.
• Manage the team and distribute tasks.
