Legal Officer Position at Nouaceur Développement SA

Nouaceur Développement SA is seeking a qualified legal officer to strengthen its legal team and support its expanding operations. Established in 2021, the company leads economic and social development projects within the local communities of Nouaceur Province, acting as a delegated project owner. Key Responsibilities

The legal officer will handle diverse and critical tasks to ensure legal compliance and safeguard company interests. Primary duties include:

  • Drafting and monitoring the implementation of various contracts.
  • Participating in investment, development, partnership, and financing projects, including shareholder agreements, investment protocols, and funding contracts.
  • Developing templates for contracts and legal documents, and assisting in drafting agreement proposals.
  • Creating and managing a legal database and computerized mapping system.
  • Identifying and preventing potential legal risks facing the company.
  • Preparing analytical reports on legislative developments and their impacts.
  • Conducting ongoing legal monitoring in relevant areas (regulations, case law).
  • Analyzing legal documents to assess the scope and effects of commitments.
  • Preparing files and procedures for management meetings.

Required Qualifications

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in law (bac +3) from a law faculty or equivalent institution. Proficiency in both French and Arabic is essential. Previous professional experience in the legal field will be a significant advantage during the selection process.
