Key Responsibilities and Duties
The successful candidate will report to the Legal Advice and Contracts Entity and will be responsible for:
- Participating in managing relationships with internal entities and intermediaries regarding pre-litigation matters

- Contributing to implementation and execution of litigation management framework
- Monitoring litigation files and participating in selection and assignment of lawyers based on case specifics
- Representing CDG before judicial authorities while strictly adhering to management directives
Required Qualifications and Experience
Ideal candidates should possess the following qualifications:
- University degree in Law at Bac+5 level with specialization in litigation, recovery or judicial law
- Proven experience of 5 to 8 years in handling and monitoring litigation files (amicable and judicial)
- Mastery of business law, civil law, contract law and litigation procedures
- Comprehensive knowledge of judicial and parajudicial procedures including formal notices, summons and execution
- Demonstrated ability to investigate, analyze and effectively monitor litigation cases
