Required Qualifications and Experience

• University degree in Law at Bac+5 level with specialization in litigation, recovery or judicial law
• Proven experience of 5 to 8 years in handling and monitoring litigation files (amicable and judicial)
• Mastery of business law, civil law, contract law and litigation procedures
• Comprehensive knowledge of judicial and parajudicial procedures including formal notices, summons and execution
• Demonstrated ability to investigate, analyze and effectively monitor litigation cases
