Exciting Opportunity: Leadership Institute Manager at CDG

The Caisse de Dépôt et de Gestion (CDG) is recruiting a Leadership Institute Manager (Responsable Entité Institut du Leadership) within its Human Capital, Communication and Support Division. This role is based in Rabat and is ideal for experienced HR professionals passionate about leadership development and talent management.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the Group HR Steering Directorate, you will be responsible for:

• Developing senior executives and talents: Implementing detection and assessment tools, designing individualized development plans.
• Designing and deploying excellence programs: Creating leadership development paths aligned with the Group's strategic directions, coordinating coaching and mentoring programs, building partnerships with top academic institutions.
• Monitoring and cross-functional management: Defining performance indicators, preparing activity reports, managing programs pedagogically, operationally, and budget-wise.

Required Profile

• Master's degree (Bac+5) from a top business or engineering school or equivalent.
• Approximately 8 years of experience in HR functions.
• Experience in a management consulting firm or executive training organization is highly valued.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
