The Local Development Company 'Marrakech Moussafir S.A.' announces a recruitment for the position of Vice Director / Deputy Director of Al Azzouzia Bus Station. This senior management role is part of the preparation for the opening and operational structuring of this new passenger transport hub.
The Vice Director assists the General Director in the operational management of the station and ensures coordination of exploitation, organization, communication, administrative follow-up, and stakeholder relations. Main duties include:
Candidates must hold a higher education diploma (Master's or equivalent) in management, transport, logistics, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a similar managerial position is required. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential. Proficiency in Arabic and French is mandatory.
