Job Recruitment: Diversity, Health and Wellbeing Lead

Ecole Centrale Casablanca (ECC) is hiring a Diversity, Health and Wellbeing Lead to coordinate inclusion, health, and psychosocial support initiatives for the Mastercard Foundation Scholars Program. This role is pivotal in fostering a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for scholars from Morocco and sub-Saharan Africa.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote diversity and inclusion through awareness campaigns and workshops.
• Design and coordinate health and wellbeing initiatives for students.
• Provide psychosocial support and risk prevention.
• Implement safeguarding policies per Mastercard Foundation standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners.

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, social sciences, public health, or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in inclusion, student wellbeing, or psychosocial support.
• Fluency in French and good command of English.
• Understanding of youth, education, and development issues in Africa.
