Dyar Al Madina, a subsidiary of CDG Développement, has been a key player in social housing in Morocco since 1951. With over sixty years of expertise, it manages 43,000 housing units across the country. The company is now recruiting a Bureau Manager (Responsable Bureau de Gérance).
Main Responsibilities
- Ensure timely delivery of portfolios to collectors and updates.
- Manage rent billing, receipt collection, and property transfers.
- Preserve assets against damage or unauthorized use.
- Optimize expense management.
- Lead the team.
- Provide quality customer service.
- Maintain office standards and security.
Required Profile
- Bachelor's degree (Bac+4) in Management or Commerce.
- At least 5 years of similar experience.
Skills
- Team leadership ability.
- Autonomous, organized, service-oriented.
- Proficient in Arabic and French.
- Good command of office tools.
