Job Recruitment: Bureau Manager at Dyar Al Madina Morocco

Dyar Al Madina, a subsidiary of CDG Développement, has been a key player in social housing in Morocco since 1951. With over sixty years of expertise, it manages 43,000 housing units across the country. The company is now recruiting a Bureau Manager (Responsable Bureau de Gérance).

Main Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely delivery of portfolios to collectors and updates.
  • Manage rent billing, receipt collection, and property transfers.
  • Preserve assets against damage or unauthorized use.
  • Optimize expense management.
  • Lead the team.
  • Provide quality customer service.
  • Maintain office standards and security.

Required Profile

  • Bachelor's degree (Bac+4) in Management or Commerce.
  • At least 5 years of similar experience.

Skills

  • Team leadership ability.
  • Autonomous, organized, service-oriented.
  • Proficient in Arabic and French.
  • Good command of office tools.
