The Youssoufia Provincial Council announces the opening of applications for the following responsibility posts: Director General of Services, Director of Presidential and Council Affairs, and Head of Traffic and Equipment Service. Number of positions: 2.

Eligibility Requirements

Candidates must be permanent civil servants or contract agents under the budget of the Youssoufia Provincial Council, meeting the following conditions:

• Hold at least the grade of Inspector 2nd class or State Engineer or equivalent.
• Possess a diploma allowing access to the grade of Inspector 2nd class or equivalent.
• Have at least 4 years of actual service as a permanent employee or 5 years for contract agents.
• Have previously held the position of Head of Service or Head of Division (exceptions possible if necessary).

• An application letter with a recent photo, phone number, and email, accompanied by the supervisor's approval and assessment of the candidate's competence.
• A detailed curriculum vitae including qualifications and professional experience.
• Documents proving the fulfillment of required conditions.

Application files must be submitted in three copies against receipt at the registry office of the Youssoufia Provincial Council, from April 27, 2026, to June 19, 2026, at 4:30 PM. The application file can be downloaded from the public employment portal www.emploi-public.ma.

Selection Process

A committee appointed by decision of the President of the Youssoufia Provincial Council will carry out the selection of eligible candidates, conduct interviews, and announce the results.
