Tamwilcom, the National Company for Guarantee and Business Financing, is launching a regular recruitment competition for the position of Innovation Project Evaluation Officer. This key role is part of the company's ongoing efforts to bolster Morocco's entrepreneurial and innovation ecosystem. Key Duties and Responsibilities

Based within the Innovation Management Unit, the successful candidate will be entrusted with the following responsibilities:

• Conducting a methodical analysis of funding applications for innovative projects to inform decision-making and provide support to ecosystem partners.
• Evaluating funding dossiers in close collaboration with institutional partners such as incubators, clusters, and venture capital fund managers.
• Actively contributing to the design of innovative financial instruments tailored for SMEs and startups, through studies and documentary research.
• Monitoring partner activities and advising them on the use of available financing tools.
• Facilitating thematic workshops and strategic events related to innovation financing, serving as a key point of contact.
• Producing activity reports and supporting senior management on cross-functional projects.
• Handling information requests and complaints from various stakeholders involved in innovation financing.

Required Profile and Skills

The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:

• Education: A Master's degree (Bac+5) in Finance, Banking & Finance, or an equivalent field. Degrees from universities, business schools, or engineering schools are accepted.
• Experience: A proven professional experience of up to 2 years, ideally gained in startup support or financing, financial project evaluation, or financial advisory.
• Key Competencies:
  • High level of rigor and strong analytical skills.
  • Solid expertise in financial project evaluation and partner relationship management.
  • Excellent interpersonal and facilitation skills for ecosystem events.
  • Marked listening skills and situational adaptability.
  • Mastery of finance concepts, risk management, and technical writing.
  • A sense of innovation and problem-solving orientation.
