The Prefecture of M'diq-Fnideq is reopening applications for the position of Head of the Urbanism Service within the Division of Urbanism and Environment at the General Secretariat. This is a key responsibility role in urban planning and local development.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must meet one of the following conditions:
- Be a permanent or contract employee holding at least the grade of Principal Attaché or State Engineer (or equivalent), with at least 2 years of actual service for permanent staff and 3 years for contract staff.
- Already serving as a Head of Service within the Ministry of Interior.
- Hold the grade of First-Grade Attaché (or equivalent) with at least 15 years of service, including 4 years in that grade.

- Application form approved by the home administration and the direct supervisor's opinion.
- Work program and methodology proposed for the service.
- Appointment decision in the current grade, and if applicable, appointment decision in a responsibility position.

Job Responsibilities
The Head of Urbanism Service will be responsible for:
- Optimizing urban management.
- Ensuring compliance with urban planning regulations.
- Monitoring major urban development projects.
- Coordinating slum clearance with the Ministry of Housing.
- Preserving architectural heritage in collaboration with the Ministry of Culture.
