Job Opportunity

The regional development company Tanger Régions Aménagements is recruiting a Studies Engineer (Chargé(e) d'études) on a contract basis. This position is based in Tangier and offers a chance to work on major infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor, control, and validate technical studies conducted by internal or external engineering firms.
• Ensure coordination between the project management and execution departments.
• Analyze fieldwork constraints to optimize execution studies.
• Prepare tender documents for studies and works.
• Coordinate with external stakeholders (engineering firms, architects, network managers, local authorities).
• Track and verify cost statements for studies and architecture services.
• Provide technical expertise and support for complex issues.
• Conduct technical studies as needed.
• Prepare activity reports.

Candidate Profile

• Education: Engineering degree in Civil Engineering or Building and Public Works.
• Experience: At least 3 years in technical studies (transport infrastructure: roads, highways, railways) within an engineering consultancy.
• Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, analytical mindset, rigor, responsiveness, ability to unite teams.
