Basic Position Information

This announcement follows the promotion of the previous incumbent, leaving vacant the Equity Officer position within the Energy & Transport Department. The position is open to Moroccan nationals aged 40 years maximum at the date of publication of this announcement. Candidates must meticulously fulfill the required conditions, as the selection will follow rigorous criteria ensuring the choice of the most competent profiles.

Position Requirements and Qualifications

Interested candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Hold a Master's degree (Bac+5) in finance, economics, or management
  • Demonstrate confirmed professional experience of 3 to 6 years in project management and/or corporate governance
  • Submit a handwritten application signed by the candidate
  • Provide an updated curriculum vitae with recent photograph
  • Include a certified copy of the national identity card
  • Submit certified copies of academic diplomas
  • Present copies of work certificates justifying professional experience

Duties and Responsibilities

The Equity Officer will have primary responsibility for managing the Fund's portfolio of equity holdings and investments in the energy and transport sectors. Responsibilities will include monitoring the financial performance of projects, controlling the application of governance standards, and ensuring the achievement of the Fund's strategic objectives in these vital sectors. The officer will also participate in evaluating new projects and formulating recommendations to optimize performance.

About Hassan II Fund

The Hassan II Fund for Economic and Social Development is a national institution with strategic importance, established by Dahir n°1-02-02 of 15 Kaada 1422 (January 29, 2002). The Fund works to support and implement major development projects across all regions of the Kingdom, with particular emphasis on national priority sectors. With administrative and financial autonomy, the Fund actively contributes to achieving the country's development objectives.

Selection Process

  • Invitation to a 45-minute oral interview with members of the internal recruitment committee
  • Submission of interview results to the Board Chairperson for validation
  • Publication of final results at the Fund's headquarters and on the website
