The National Office of Railways (ONCF) is seeking qualified candidates for the position of AMOA Project Manager for the Management Information System. Key Position Responsibilities

The successful candidate will undertake vital responsibilities including:

• Leading and contributing to the implementation of the Office's management information system overhaul project
• Supporting business users in expressing, analyzing, and formalizing their functional requirements
• Participating in drafting detailed functional specifications compliant with ERP standards
• Ensuring coordination between business teams, the Information Systems Directorate, and ERP integrator
• Developing and executing test plans while ensuring deliverable quality
• Managing anomalies detected during testing or operational phases

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's +5 degree in Engineering, Master's or equivalent
• Minimum 8 years experience in management information system and/or ERP projects
• Significant experience in AMOA or functional leadership of IT projects
• Mastery of transactional processes including S2P, O2C, R2R
• Strong understanding and analysis capability of functional system mappings
• Knowledge of ERP solutions, particularly SAP and Oracle
