This opportunity targets graduates with a Bachelor's +5 degree, preferably from engineering or business schools (classes of 2021, 2022, or 2023), and at least two years of experience in procurement within a large organization. Key Responsibilities and Duties

The Procurement Manager will report to the Procurement Department and be responsible for executing purchasing activities in compliance with the bank's regulatory and procedural framework. Main duties include:

• Assisting bank units in formulating and planning their procurement needs.
• Developing technical and administrative specifications documents.
• Managing, coordinating, and monitoring various stages of the procurement process.
• Conducting market and supplier monitoring.
• Implementing supplier reevaluation and referencing processes.
• Overseeing service contract execution with relevant units.
• Creating and updating procurement activity management tools.

Required Qualifications and Skills

Candidates must possess strong academic and professional backgrounds:

• Bachelor's +5 degree, with preference for engineering or business school graduates (classes 2021-2023).
• Minimum two years of procurement experience in a large entity.
• Mastery of procurement processes and techniques.
• Good knowledge of public procurement regulations and practical applications.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in procurement and supply information systems.
• Team spirit, rigor, and methodological approach.
• Proficiency in English is an additional asset.
