The Regional Investment Center (CRI) of Drâa-Tafilalet region is launching an internal call for applications for the position of Head of Urban Planning and Land Advisory Service for the year 2026. This role is crucial for providing investors with clear, reliable, and up-to-date information on economic land availability and urban planning regulations.

Eligibility Conditions

• Candidates must be current staff members of CRI Drâa-Tafilalet.
• Hold a Bac+5 degree in urban planning, geography, architecture, or equivalent.
• Have 6 to 8 years of professional experience in the relevant field.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the Investor Advisory Division under the Investment Cluster, the Head of Service will:

• Provide personalized support to investors on urban planning regulations (master plans, authorization procedures, technical requirements).
• Alert on identified urban planning constraints or risks.
• Coordinate with internal services to streamline land information exchange.
• Master land mapping for economic use and present key orientations and availabilities to investors.
• Develop and maintain digital tools (e.g., GIS) to structure, visualize, and disseminate reliable land and urban planning information.
• Support investors in strategic decision-making regarding project location.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by management within the CRI's scope.
