The Commune of Sabbah, under the Skhirat-Temara Prefecture, announces a call for applications to fill the position of Head of Division for Urban Planning, Public Works, Economic and Social Affairs, and Health and Environmental Preservation. This position is open to permanent staff and contract agents currently working at Sabbah Commune who meet the specified requirements. Only one position is available.
Candidates must hold at least the grade of Inspector (2nd grade), State Engineer, or an equivalent grade index. They must also possess a diploma allowing access to the Inspector (3rd grade) or equivalent level. A minimum of 4 years of actual service as a permanent official, or 5 years for contract agents, is required. Candidates should have previously served as Head of Service, though this condition may be waived if necessary.
The Head of Division will oversee the efficient management of services under the division, ensure effective administrative governance, and lead the team. Key activities include monitoring administrative efficiency, organizing and coordinating work, participating in municipal council sessions, preparing periodic reports, and evaluating staff performance.
Application files, in three copies, must be submitted to the registry office of Sabbah Commune no later than May 29, 2026, at 4:30 PM. The file includes a cover letter with a recent photo, a detailed CV, a work plan and methodology for developing the administrative unit, certified copies of diplomas, the appointment decision to the cadre, and the appointment decision to a previous position (if any). For candidates from other administrations, approval from the original administration with the direct supervisor's opinion is required.
A committee will be formed to select eligible applications and conduct a competitive interview. Results will be announced after approval by the Commune President on the public employment portal (www.emploi-public.ma) and posted at the commune headquarters.
