Job Description

The Director will lead efforts in: developing a forward-looking vision for territorial planning, ensuring equitable distribution of population and resources, supporting regional planning strategies, enhancing territorial assets, and monitoring cooperation agreements.

Eligibility Criteria

• Moroccan nationality.
• Advanced degree (equivalent to scale 11, e.g., State Engineer, Architect, or Manager).
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in public or private sector.
• Proven track record in leadership roles.
• Skills as per Article 07 of Decree No. 2.23.751.
