Job Competition for Specialized Technician in Business Management at ANCFCC

The National Agency of Land Conservation, Cadastre, and Cartography (ANCFCC) is organizing a competition to recruit 4 specialized technicians in business management. This recruitment is open to Moroccan candidates holding a specialized technician diploma in business management or a similar field, with at least 2 years of professional experience in finance.

Eligibility Requirements

• Moroccan nationality.
• Age between 18 and 45 years as of December 31, 2026.
• Specialized technician diploma in business management with an overall average of at least 13/20.
• At least 2 years of professional experience after obtaining the diploma in the finance field.

According to regulations, 25% of positions are reserved for resistors, nation wards, former military, and former combatants.

How to Apply

Applications must be submitted exclusively online via the Agency's website: www.ancfcc.gov.ma, before August 3, 2026, at 4:30 PM. The application file must include:

• Duly completed application form.
• CV with a recent photo.
• Copy of the diploma.
• Transcripts proving the required average.
• Work certificate proving experience.
• Copy of national ID card (both sides).
• For foreign diplomas, equivalence decision and official bulletin.
• For civil servants, definitive authorization from the original administration.

Selection Process

The competition consists of two stages:

• Preselection based on application documents and criteria (average, experience).
• Written and oral exams held in Rabat. The written exam (graded 0-20, minimum 10/20) can be in Arabic or French. The oral interview assesses general and technical knowledge, behavior, communication, and language skills.

Results and convocations are published on www.emploi-public.ma and www.ancfcc.gov.ma. Candidates have 3 days after the provisional list to file appeals.
