Required Profile
Candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Moroccan nationality
- Master's degree (BAC+5) in Business Law
- Professional experience of more than 3 years in a large organization (public or private) or in a renowned law firm
Main Missions
The Legal Expert will be responsible for:
- Drafting and monitoring legal documents and contracts
- Legal and regulatory monitoring
- Legal analysis and advice
- Legal and regulatory compliance
- Legal risk management
- Legal support for subsidiaries and investee companies
- Managing the legal documentation database
Key Skills
- Strong command of corporate law, commercial law, labor law, and civil law
- Solid knowledge of taxation applicable to legal transactions
- Proficiency in contract engineering techniques
- Excellent legal vocabulary
- Depth of legal analysis
- Proficiency in English and French
- Ability to simplify legal issues for non-legal stakeholders
