About the Competition

The Local Development Company Marrakech Moussafir S.A, which manages the Al Azzouzia Bus Station in Marrakech, is recruiting a Chief Ticket Clerk / Ticket Office Manager (Chef Guichetier / Responsable des Guichets). This is a key operational role to ensure smooth ticket office operations and excellent passenger service.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will oversee daily ticket office activities, supervise ticket clerks, manage passenger flow, ensure cash and ticketing security, and coordinate with transport companies. Additional duties include preparing reports, handling complaints, and proposing improvements.

Required Profile

Candidates should hold at least a Baccalaureate degree (Bac+2 preferred) in management, commerce, transport, or a related field. Significant experience in ticketing, customer service, or station operations is required, with supervisory experience being an advantage. Fluency in Arabic and French is mandatory; knowledge of English or Spanish is a plus.
