IT Systems Manager – Marrakech Région Sport

The Regional Development Company Marrakech Région Sport is hiring an IT Systems Manager under a permanent contract. This senior position reports directly to the General Management and plays a key role in the organization's digital transformation.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the IT strategy and governance.
• Oversee network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, fiber optics).
• Ensure cybersecurity, data protection, and business continuity (DRP/BCP).
• Lead digital transformation projects and technology modernization.
• Manage IT vendors and service contracts.

Required Profile

Master's degree (Bac+5) in Computer Science, Networks, or Telecommunications, with 5–8 years of experience in a similar role. Strong technical skills in system administration (Windows/Linux), networking, virtualization, and cybersecurity are mandatory.
