Job Announcement: IT Service Manager at the National Agency for Literacy

The National Agency for Literacy (ANLCA) has opened applications for the position of IT Service Manager, as per decision No. ANLCA/2026/A5. This role aims to enhance the agency's digital and information systems capabilities.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must hold degrees in computer science, systems analysis, software engineering, or computer networks, along with required professional experience:

• For agency employees: at least 2 years of actual service as a 2nd grade manager or state engineer.
• For external candidates: at least 5 years of actual service in public administrations, local authorities, or public institutions.
