Job Overview
The Regional Investment Center of Marrakech-Safi (CRI-MS) is launching a call for applications for the position of Head of Investment Project Monitoring Service for the year 2026. This position is attached to the Commitments Monitoring Division under the Investment Pole.
Main Responsibilities
The Head of Service will be responsible for:
- Ensuring personalized monitoring of projects approved by the Unified Regional Investment Commission (CRUI) from approval to completion.
- Periodically evaluating the progress of investment projects.
- Ensuring compliance with commitments made by all stakeholders.
- Identifying constraints and bottlenecks (technical, administrative, legal, land-related) and contributing to finding solutions.
- Processing and following up on investor complaints and appeals.
- Updating monitoring tools, dashboards, and performance indicators.
- Preparing monitoring reports and ensuring data archiving and traceability.
Eligibility Requirements
Candidates must submit a file containing:
- A application letter addressed to the Director General of CRI Marrakech-Safi.
- A copy of the diploma, accompanied by an equivalence certificate for foreign or private diplomas.
- Work certificates proving experience.
- An updated CV.
- A copy of the national identity card.
- A note presenting the action plan and proposed work methodology for managing the service.
Any incomplete file or one that does not match the required profile will be automatically rejected.

Applications must be submitted to the registry of CRI Marrakech-Safi, located at Avenue John Kennedy, Jnane El Harti, Marrakech, against a receipt, no later than June 2, 2026, before 16:00. A complete copy must also be sent by email to ressources@crimarrakech.ma within the same deadline.
Selection Process
A pre-selection will be conducted based on the conditions mentioned. Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an oral interview before a selection committee appointed by the Director of CRI.
