Investment Agreement Officer Recruitment at CRI Drâa Tafilalet

The Regional Investment Center (CRI) of Drâa-Tafilalet announces a call for applications for the recruitment of an Investment Agreement Officer. This contract-based position offers a unique chance to work at the heart of investment promotion in one of Morocco's emerging regions.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and draft investment agreement projects and their amendments in accordance with standard models and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure legal and regulatory compliance of projects before submission to the Unified Regional Investment Commission (CRUI).
• Prepare documents necessary for signing agreements (presentation notes, final versions).
• Contribute to updating agreement models based on legal and sectoral developments.
• Participate in preparing coordination meetings and provide operational support to management.
• Monitor the execution of contractual commitments and propose necessary modifications.
• Ensure physical and electronic archiving of signed agreements by project type, sector, or other relevant criteria.
• Update the database of processed agreements.
• Produce regular reports on the status of processed agreements.

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in economics and management, business law, or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in the relevant field.
• Proficiency in Arabic and French, with a good level of English.
