Internal Call for Governance Service Head at AMMC Rabat

Position Overview

The Moroccan Capital Market Authority (AMMC) is conducting an internal call for applications for the position of Governance Service Head, based in Rabat. Reporting to the Head of Sustainable Finance and Accounting Affairs, the successful candidate will lead governance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the evolution of governance, ethics, and CSR rules.
• Ensure compliance through audit committees, independent directors, ESG and ethics reports.
• Lead the project to develop a Corporate Governance Code for listed companies.
• Promote best practices in governance and financial communication.
• Validate information products and expert reports before submission to top management.
• Set service priorities and objectives aligned with strategic directions.
• Supervise and develop the team.

Required Profile

Higher education degree (Bac+4/5) and at least 4 years of successful experience within AMMC.

Skills and Qualities

• Mastery of AMMC's activities and regulatory environment.
• Knowledge of financial markets and products.
• Proficiency in financial analysis tools.
• Strong knowledge of corporate governance and CSR.
• Ability to analyze legal documents.
• Proficiency in office tools and database management.
• Perfect command of Arabic, French, and English (written and spoken).
• Excellent writing skills.
• Team management and motivation skills.
• Analytical and synthesis skills, team spirit.
