Casablanca Baia, a local development company operating in the Casablanca municipality, manages parking, urban cleanliness, waste treatment, green spaces, and public toilets. The company is recruiting an Internal Audit Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement the annual internal audit plan approved by management.
• Monitor the application of key controls across all company activities per the audit schedule.
• Conduct ex-post checks and sample-based verifications to ensure compliance with internal procedures.
• Document audit work and prepare periodic audit reports within set deadlines.
• Identify dysfunctions, risks, and non-conformities in operational processes.
• Formulate recommendations to improve internal control and risk management.
• Follow up on the implementation of recommendations approved by the Directorate.
• Regularly report audit progress and results to the hierarchical superior.

Required Skills

Technical skills: mastery of internal audit standards, proficiency in ERP software, technical knowledge of relevant domains. Personal qualities: good communication, rigor, and professional duty.

Education and Experience

Candidates must hold a Bac+5 degree and have at least 10 years of professional experience, including 5 years in a similar position.
