Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will report to the Regulatory Department Head and undertake the following duties:

  • Comprehensive management of import/export files for horses and related products
  • Ensuring compliance with national and international regulations
  • Processing and monitoring import/export authorization requests
  • Creating and maintaining profiles of individuals and entities involved in trade operations
  • Systematic archiving of documents in the electronic document management system
  • Data entry in the ESIREMA system for equine tracking
  • Coordinating with the National Animal Genetics Laboratory for DNA analysis
  • Active participation in work tool improvement projects
  • Monitoring regulatory changes and updating procedures accordingly

Required Qualifications

Ideal candidates should possess the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Customs Techniques and International Logistics or equivalent
  • Proven experience in import/export operations, preferably in the equine sector
  • Thorough knowledge of customs procedures specific to horse trading
  • Strong document management and administrative processing skills
  • Proficiency in specialized information systems
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and teamwork abilities
  • Understanding of Morocco's equine industry specificities
