Hydraulic Engineer Recruitment – Regional Agency for Project Execution Marrakech-Safi

The Regional Agency for Project Execution (AREP) of the Marrakech-Safi region is organizing a recruitment competition for a Hydraulic Engineer (contractual position), in accordance with decision No. 98/2026. This competition aims to select skilled and experienced professionals to join the Agency’s team and contribute to the implementation of vital water projects in the region.

Competition Details

• Position: Hydraulic Engineer (contractual).
• Number of positions: 1 position.
• Exam date: June 19, 2026.
• Application deadline: June 1, 2026, before 4:30 PM.

Eligibility Requirements

Candidates must meet the following conditions:

• Hold a State Engineer degree or equivalent in one of the following fields: Civil Engineering, Hydraulic Engineering, Rural Engineering, Geology, or any related discipline in hydraulic engineering.
• Have at least three (3) years of actual professional experience in water projects after obtaining the required diploma.
• Not exceed the retirement age limit as defined by current legislation.

Selection Process

The competition consists of two stages:

1. Preselection of applications: A committee reviews the application files based on the criteria set in the decision.
2. Oral interview: The interview includes a PowerPoint presentation by the candidate on the methodology for managing hydraulic engineering projects, lasting between 15 and 30 minutes per candidate.

Application File

The application file must include the following documents:

• A signed application letter stating the candidate's first and last name, the position applied for, postal and email addresses, and phone number.
• A copy of the national identity card.
• A certified copy of the obtained diploma (success certificates are not accepted).
• Certified copies of work certificates proving the required professional experience (duration and position held). Internship certificates are not considered.
• A detailed and updated CV including a photo and the candidate's signature.

Note: Any incomplete file, received after the deadline, or containing inconsistencies between documents will be rejected.

Result Announcement

The list of candidates admitted to the oral interview will be published on the public employment portal (www.emploi-public.ma) and posted at the Agency's headquarters. The publication of this list serves as an invitation. Final results will also be published on the same portal and posted at the Agency's headquarters.
