The Royal Society for the Encouragement of Horses (SOREC) is recruiting an HRIS Project Manager for its headquarters in Rabat. This position offers a unique opportunity to join a prestigious national institution dedicated to preserving Morocco's equestrian heritage.

About the Organization

SOREC is a public enterprise under the supervision of the Ministry of Agriculture and Maritime Fisheries, operating for over a century to develop Morocco's equine sector. Its main missions include horse breeding supervision, equine breed improvement, hippic race development, and national gaming management.

With approximately 600 employees, SOREC works to perpetuate and preserve the Kingdom's equestrian traditions, which form an integral part of Morocco's national identity and contribute to its international reputation.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the Human Capital Directorate, the HRIS Project Manager will be responsible for:

• Planning, coordinating, and implementing HR projects while ensuring compliance with deadlines, resources, and established objectives
• Developing detailed plans and defining deliverables and stakeholder responsibilities
• Communicating and collaborating with HR teams and stakeholders throughout project cycles
• Contributing to the development and implementation of HR policies and processes aligned with corporate strategy
• Coordinating and facilitating organizational change initiatives related to human resources
• Developing and managing the HRIS roadmap based on HR department and user needs

Required Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess:

• A Bachelor's +4/5 degree in Human Resources Management, Information Systems, or equivalent
• 5 to 8 years of experience in a similar function
• Knowledge of cross-functional project management
• Expertise in recruitment, talent management, and skills development
• Strong interest in project management and strategic planning
• Commitment to confidentiality and proposal development
• Team spirit and strong adaptability skills
