Caisse de Compensation, the public institution under the Ministry of Economy and Finance, announces the opening of applications for the position of Head of Procurement, Logistics and Archives Department. Essential Position Information

The Head of Procurement, Logistics and Archives Department position is one of the key functions within the new organizational structure of Caisse de Compensation, approved by the Administrative Council on April 4, 2024. This position involves responsibility for managing and organizing procurement and supply processes, overseeing logistical aspects, and ensuring the preservation of institutional archives.

Application Requirements

Interested candidates must meet the following conditions:

  • Be classified at least in the grade of second-class administrator or within the state engineer framework or in one of the equivalent index grades
  • Hold at minimum a certificate or diploma allowing access to third-class administrator grade or equivalent grade
  • Have at least two years of actual service as a permanent employee, or two years exceptionally for contract agents

Eligible Categories

The call for applications is open to:

  • Permanent users and contract agents working at Caisse de Compensation
  • Civil servants working in various state administrations and territorial communities
  • Permanent users and contract agents currently performing head of department functions at the date of the vacancy announcement

Application File Composition

Candidates must submit an application file containing the following documents:

  • Application letter addressed to the Director of Caisse de Compensation
  • Completed application form according to the model attached to the decision
  • Detailed curriculum vitae including the candidate's qualifications, overview of professional background and positions held
  • Work program and methodology proposed by the candidate regarding the management of the concerned administrative unit, its development and performance improvement
  • Approval from the head of the administration to which the candidate belongs and opinion of their direct supervisor regarding professional competence to assume responsibility

Application Deadlines

Candidates must submit their application files in 5 copies, in sealed envelopes to the secretariat of the Director of Caisse de Compensation, no later than April 30, 2026 at 16:00. A commission designated by decision of the Director of Caisse de Compensation will handle the selection of files meeting application requirements and announce the list of candidates accepted for the selective interview.

Additional Information

Candidates selected to perform head of department functions at Caisse de Compensation will be appointed by decision of the Director of Caisse de Compensation. Caisse de Compensation collects personal data of candidates for the purpose of studying and evaluating their application files, while ensuring protection of this data in accordance with law 09-08.
