Leadership Opportunity in Cultural Management

The Ministry of Youth, Culture and Communication - Department of Culture is announcing a call for applications for the position of Head of the National and Regional Exhibitions Service within the Directorate of Books, Libraries and Archives. This recruitment is carried out in accordance with Decree No. 2.11.681 on the appointment of division and service heads in public administrations.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must be civil servants or contractual agents currently working in the Department of Culture and meeting the regulatory conditions set out in Decree No. 2.11.681. The position requires strong skills in organizing exhibitions and managing cultural events, as well as experience in administrative and financial management.

• A written request
• A motivation letter in four copies explaining the reasons for applying
• A curriculum vitae in four copies detailing qualifications and professional experience
• A comprehensive action plan in four copies outlining the proposed work program and methodology
• An assessment of the candidate's professional competence by their direct supervisor (in a sealed confidential envelope)
• A digital version of the application file in PDF format on an electronic medium (CD)

How to Apply

The application file must be submitted under the supervision of the administrative hierarchy to the secretariat of the Directorate of Administrative and Financial Affairs, during official working hours, before August 3, 2026.

Selection Process

After reviewing the applications, a list of candidates selected for the selective interviews will be announced. The date and location of the interviews will be communicated later, in accordance with Articles 6 and 9 of Decree No. 2.11.681.
