Job Opportunity: Head of Legal Affairs and Litigation Service at Marchica Lagoon Agency

The Agency for the Development of the Marchica Lagoon Site (AASLM) is pleased to announce a call for applications for the position of Head of Legal Affairs and Litigation Service. This recruitment is part of the Agency's efforts to strengthen its team and meet its operational needs, in line with Law No. 25-10 on the development and enhancement of the Marchica Lagoon site.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Managing legal files and litigation cases involving the Agency.
• Providing legal advice to management and departments.
• Drafting and reviewing contracts and agreements.
• Monitoring legal and regulatory developments.
• Representing the Agency before courts and tribunals.

Required Profile

This position is open to active managers from the public, semi-public, or private sector, including statutory, seconded, or contractual staff of AASLM and its subsidiaries. Requirements include:

• A master's degree in law (or equivalent).
• At least 5 years of professional experience in legal affairs.
• In-depth knowledge of Moroccan law.
• Strong writing and analytical skills.
• Proactivity and a sense of responsibility.
