The Head of Human Resources and General Resources Service position is a significant leadership role within the Fund's organizational structure, falling under the support department and overseeing the management of human resources and general resources for the institution.

Application Requirements

Candidates must meet the following conditions:

• Be classified at least at the grade of second-level administrator or state engineer framework
• Hold at least a diploma granting access to second-level administrator grade or equivalent
• Possess professional experience of at least three years (03) of effective service as a permanent employee
• Or four years (04) for contract agents
