The National Human Rights Council (CNDH) announces the reopening of applications for the position of Head of the Human Resources and Continuous Training Division. This is a unique opportunity for experienced Moroccan professionals in HR management and administrative law to join a leading national institution dedicated to human rights.

Eligibility Requirements

• Moroccan nationality.
• Maximum age of 45 years at the date of the competition.
• Master's degree or equivalent in HR management or administrative law with at least 5 years of experience, or a Bachelor's degree with at least 10 years of experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in HR management.

Required Documents

• Application letter addressed to the CNDH President outlining motivations and qualifications.
• Updated CV.
• Copy of national identity card.
• Certified copies of diplomas and certificates.
• Work certificates proving the required experience.
• A work plan for developing the HR and continuous training division.

Submission of Applications

Applications must be submitted in person at the CNDH headquarters: 22 Avenue Riyad, Hay Riyad, Rabat, before 4:30 PM on August 10, 2026. Any application received after the deadline or incomplete will not be considered.

Selection Process

After reviewing applications, shortlisted candidates will take a written test in Arabic and French, followed by an oral interview. Results will be published on the CNDH website and on the public employment portal.
