Head of CIR Service at Agadir ACC – ONDA Recruitment

Job Overview

The National Airports Office (ONDA) is relaunching an internal call for applications for the position of Head of the CIR Service under the Agadir Area Control Center (ACC), within the Air Navigation Division. This position is open to internal candidates meeting the eligibility conditions.

Main Responsibilities

Technical Aspect

• Monitor the progress of training and supervision at the CIR of Agadir ACC.
• Develop and update air traffic control exercises in line with training and competency maintenance programs.
• Define resources and equipment for training air traffic controllers (simulators, IT equipment, teaching tools).
• Participate in organizing theoretical and practical exams for licensing and qualifications.
• Develop and update the Agadir ACC training manual and related documentation.

Administrative Management

• Ensure proper filing and archiving of entity documents.
• Prepare activity reports for the entity.
• Provide logistics for smooth service operations.
• Prepare and disseminate internal notes related to the scope of action.

Quality, Safety, Security, and Environment

• Ensure application of quality, safety, security, and environment policies.
• Support regulatory audits and follow up on the overall action plan.
• Participate in safety workshops.

Human Resources Management

• Define team objectives and evaluate performance.
• Organize delegation of responsibilities.
• Lead the team and ensure their development.
• Identify training needs for ACC Agadir CCA staff.

Internal Control and Performance

• Ensure identification and assessment of risks related to internal processes.
• Prepare and manage investment and operating budgets.
• Develop and monitor the entity's performance dashboard.

Required Profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in en-route air traffic management.
• Minimum qualification of "Senior Regional Radar Controller".
